Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are determined by the shipping method selected at checkout. Available options may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Processing Time

All orders require processing time prior to shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization, and order volume. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Transit Times

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carrier. Truwear does not guarantee delivery dates.

Carrier Delays & Transit Responsibility

Truwear is not responsible for shipping delays once an order is in transit, including but not limited to delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or operational issues

  • High shipping volumes (holidays, promotions, etc.)

  • Customs inspections or carrier-related interruptions

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject solely to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or appears lost while in transit, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Truwear will assist when possible but cannot assume responsibility for carrier-related delays or losses.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Truwear is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
